Lake Dunlap is a 7 mile stretch of the Guadalupe River. Residents of Lake Dunlap have easy access to San Antonio, Austin, and Houston. Lake Dunlap is perfect for both skiers and anglers. Lake McQueeney
Lake McQueeney is located conveniently between New Braunfels and Seguin. Lake McQueeney attracts thousands of people each year and has been known as the “Waterski Capital of Texas” for many years. Lake McQueeney has produced world class athletes such as the 1957 World champion jumper, Joe Mueller, to the 2003 Collegiate Wakeboard National Champion, Hunter Croan.
The Lake Breeze Ski Lodge is one of Lake McQueeney’s main attractions. The Lodge is a private club that rents rooms by the night, has an indoor/outdoor restaurant overlooking the water, hourly waterski lessons, a swimming pool, boat slips, and more.
Lake Placid
Lake Placid starts at downtown McQueeney and runs to the outskirts of Seguin. Boat traffic at Lake Placid is significantly low throughout the year on this little-known lake. Lake Placid features one boat ramp and is fairly easy to navigate.
Meadow Lake
Meadow Lake runs from downtown Seguin and heads southeast past the outskirts of Seguin. Meadow Lake is very quiet and calm, making it the perfect place to take in the outdoors and enjoy your day of waterskiing or wakeboarding. Homes and properties on Meadow Lake are reasonably priced.
